-2 senior is doing fine currently, changed their attitude and bad habbits. Felt happy for them. Junior is doing well as well, although young but energetic and positive. Together we can build a better condition.
-morning shift is doing well, listen to what is instructed and did your job well.

-all the staff here are also doing well, midnight shift please do not watch movie again, it will decrease your working ability and credibility. Morning shift changed alot, although you are still lack in communication skill but i believe you can master it in the very soon future.

花好月圆 Moonlight Resonance

Lately is abit addicted to a hongkong soap series. Moonlight Resonace(溏心风暴之家好月圆)
Never really like hongkong tvb series previously, however, this series really got my attention. Every episode, i felt there are some touching parts, and its really meaningfull.

Although sometimes it get to a point that everything seems too faking, however, i guess this is what audiences wanted to watch. Many lesson learnt from the series. Maybe this is so called movie is life,life is movie.人生如戏，戏如人生。

Car Major Service

Today sent my car to honda service centre. The total ammount really shocked me. It cost me for 1356,woots...maybe i requested too much. How ever, the car really felt brand new for me. At least i really felt abit worth it. From now i will take more good care on my beloved car. Sorry for treating you bad my beloved car.

Todays Performance

As i promised to them, i will write something about their performance on working as well. For all my hardworking workers, you guys are doing great currently but still having some minor mistake and error that you guys need to be brush up.

Dad, i will love you always.

For an asian like myself, we hardly express our inner feelings towards our parents. At this part,
I really envy many people outside of asia. They dare to speak out their love, espeacially to their parents.

As today is my sisters' engagement day, my parents are here in my house from hometown. When i came back from my shop(the time was 4.00am) I saw my dad sleeping at the living room without a blanket, ahhh... suddenly i recognize our house is running out of blanket, he squezze himself due to the cold weather, when i step in my room..my blanket is intact with my bed and..i really felt that daddy rather get himself cold to have my blanket.

i rush out and put my blanket on him...i really..really really felt sorry and touched, daddy..although i dare not say it in real life to you.. at here.. i would say, i love you daddy. (of course i love you mom too. ^^)

For those out there, respect and treat your parents well. They deserved the best from you.

My Sis Engagement Day

wow, never thought it will be like this, its in 天后宫，well, i never been there before.
however the whole ceremony was so warm and so cheerfull, watching my parents almost
cheer to tears, i felt a bit touched as well.
I took a few photos on my sis, really felt the happiness in her eyes.
I bought a bugque of 百合for her. hope she can 百年好和with her husband.
This is a tribute to you both. 佩怡显峰，祝你们快乐健康。

Spot Check

well, did a spot check on them. metro...not bad.. maluri..not bad..sri sinar..haizzz.. kinda
disappointed, why? he is the guy i trusted a lot..but..well. got scolded by me fiercely and he
make sure wont happened again. I hope he is telling the truth and he will change his way of
working. tomorrow is my sis big day, gotta sleep right now.

1 month diet program?!!

well, today is the day i ended my 1 month diet program, i guess i am quite impress with the result. (or should i?)
i had lost 10kg in a month, is this ridiculous or its normal? how ever i am gonna start another 1 month diet program. my goal is to lose
another 10kg. wish me luck.
